Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50 fee. This fee will not be covered by your insurance. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it will be considered a late cancellation and the fee will be charged. Any appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled for no fee if more than 24 hours notice is provided.
